Service Description
This is a flow class with creative sequencing. You link breath with movement, moving from one posture to another seamlessly. This results in the creating heat, flexibility, and strength in your body, while balancing and calm your mind. This class can be either dynamic and strong, or include a slower flow. Modifications for different levels of Yogis are given. All welcome. Offered WEDNESDAYS 9:00 AM PDT
